What happens if my customers are unable to read HTML emails?
While most email readers today have the ability to open HTML emails,
there are certain cases where people cannot or do not want to receive
emails in this format. our Email Technology Solutions can
still delivery your message because we send out your email campaigns in
multi-part MIME, which means that 2 versions of your email are sent
out: Graphical and Text. When you create your email with your template
the Text version is automatically generated for you to preview. When
the email campaign is deployed, the appropriate version is pulled into
your recipient's inbox based on the type of email they can receive. Back to Top
If I'm sending HTML, do I also need to format a text version?
Our Email Technology Solutions is designed to achieve a delivery of
each version. Upon creation of the email campaign, the Text version is
automatically generated for you to preview. When the email reaches your
customer's inbox, the appropriate format is will be pulled into their
inbox. Back to Top
How secure is the data?
Data is protected in many ways. First, our physical database servers
are located in a secure Class 3 data center that monitors them 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year. Additionally, all Email Technology Solutions
servers are protected by secure firewall systems from the industry
leader, Cisco Systems™. Back to Top
How do recipients opt-out from my campaigns?
All emails sent through Our Email Technology Solutions have
hard-coded unsubscribe details attached to the bottom of the message.
Your recipient simply needs to scroll to the bottom of the email and
click the "unsubscribe" link to access the web-based unsubscribe system
or just reply to your message with the word "unsubscribe" in the
subject line. They will immediately be flagged within the database and
they will not be mailed again. Back to Top
Why do I need to add a postal address to Active Communication Enterprise email campaigns?
Due to the recent signing of the CAN-SPAM law,
all outgoing Email Technology Solutions email campaigns must contain a
valid Postal Address. In order to comply with federal law, all Active
Communication Enterprise will be asked to include this information into
any launched campaign. The postal address will appear in the bottom of
any emails sent through Email Technology Solutions after January 1st,
2004. This address must be associated with the "sender" of the email
and that is determined by the company name or person's name noted in
the From Label of your message. Back to Top
What types of reporting does Active Communication Enterprise currently have?
With the Email Technology Solutions Campaign Response Tracking tool,
you'll have access your reporting at any time. You can see exactly when
your campaign was sent out, the total amount sent, the bounce-back
volume, the unsubscribe volume, and even the unique open rate for the
HTML version of your email. The sent, bounce and unsubscribe data is
further broken down by the top 5 domains you mailed to. The most
impressive feature of the Email Technology Solutions is the ability to
provide data on precisely who and when click-through activity for the
links contained within your email in real-time. Back to Top
How can I tell who "opened" my email or "clicked" on a link?
You will be able to see exactly each email recipient’s activity on
your campaign. This includes data on Who clicked on What link and When
they did, providing very valuable market intelligence. Back to Top
What happens to a bounced email?

that there is "no account by that name" or "inbox full", we immediately
flag the email as a bounce and will no longer attempt to deliver the
message. In the case where the server appears to be down, Email
Technology Solutions will attempt to send the email several times
within the first 2 days after your campaign was launched. Back to Top
When someone replies to the campaign that I send, where does that message go?
Any recipient that replies to a campaign will immediately be sending
a message to the campaign sender that you designate when creating the
campaign. Back to Top
